My name is Sinead and I am a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I offer both long and short term one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy remotely via zoom. I will also be working with clients face to face from consulting rooms in North and Central London from October 2022.

At some point, most of us experience difficulties in our lives. Talking with friends and family members can be helpful. However, sometimes this is difficult. You may feel that you do not want to ‘burden’ others. You may be concerned about upsetting them. You may also feel embarrassed or fear judgement from talking about what’s troubling you.
